Position Summary: 
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and execution of marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
This role coordinates marketing campaigns, trade shows and events, social media activities, digital marketing efforts, content creation, CRM database management, and marketing communications. Must be highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
 
Trade Show and Event Management
·         Coordinate all aspects of trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events, and corporate meetings.
·         Track all marketing assets from shipping to receiving. Manage event registrations, logistics, travel arrangements, vendors, and booth setup.
·         Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to maximize event effectiveness.
·         Coordinate event promotional materials, signage, giveaways, and presentations.
·         Track event budgets, attendee engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
Marketing Campaign Coordination
·         Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
·         Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables and deadlines are met.
·         Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
·         Maintain marketing calendars and project schedules.
Social Media Management
·         Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
·         Monitor social media channels and engage with followers when appropriate.
·         Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.
·         Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
·         Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
CRM and Data Management
·         Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
·         Import and manage leads from events, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
·         Coordinate CRM reports and dashboard metrics to support marketing and sales activities.
·         Assist with lead tracking, segmentation, and marketing automation processes.
 
Content and Communications
·         Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, email campaigns, and website content.
·         Coordinate internal and external communications.
·         Support public relations activities and press releases.
·         Gather customer testimonials and success stories for marketing use.
Digital Marketing Support
·         Assist with website updates and content management.
·         Support email marketing campaigns and automated nurture programs. Help manage online advertising campaigns and SEO initiatives.
·         Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and other digital marketing metrics.
·         Prepare reports on key results, trends, and outcomes.
Administrative and Vendor Support
·         Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and service providers.
·         Process marketing related invoices, purchase orders, and budget documentation.
·         Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.
·         Support departmental administrative functions as needed.
Other
·         Time management logging of daily hours with job codes.
·         Comply with department ISO 9001 processes and company quality policy.
·         Performs other duties as assigned.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
·         Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
·         Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing practices.
·         Basic skills using of  Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Physical Demands:
 
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.  Frequently the employee will be required to stand; walk; use hands or fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.  The ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 lbs. and to sit and work at a computer for upwards of 4 hours at a time.
 
Education and Experience:
·         Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related discipline preferred; equivalent hands-on marketing experience may be substituted for formal education.
·         1–3 years of marketing, communications, event coordination, or related experience preferred.
·         Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
·         Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred.
 
Additional Requirements:
·         Full-time regular position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.  Flexible work hours required, which could include working evenings or weekends due to project demands or deadlines or tradeshow attendance.
